when can i reapply for US visa?
i was denied a 214b US Visa today. i was scheduled to joing the ship in Long Beach,California on the 20th of March but the consul denied my application and said that i do not have enough qualifications to become a junior electrician aboard a ship. I am a registered electrical engineer and registered master electrician at the same time. i can’t understand the reason why he denied my visa based on my qualifications. I need some answers on this and how soon can i reapply for the VISA. I have documents to show.

You may re-apply whenever you wish, but unless you have evidence of a significant change in your situation, you will most likely just be wasting your money. Note: If anyone contact you offering to “help” you get a visa (for a fee, of course), you will be wasting your money and may face administrative/criminal charges.

Well, you seem to have the paper, but can you answer the questions? I imagine the officer had some reason to believe you weren’t qualified. However, if you are as convinced of your qualifications as you appear here, you can reapply whenever you like.
