Power to Bedroom and hall and bathroom flicker and go out. Circuit breaker has been replaced twice.

Try asking someone that services your furnace and/or air conditioner. Most know people and will only refer good ones so as not to lose you as a customer themselves. Either way you will get an honest answer. The flicker sounds like a broken or arcing wire and should not be ignored. Arcing wires burn down houses. Also try Angies’ List.
