Whole house electric wires damage, no outlet and switch were working, looks like they pull the wire from the main switch or from roof. Usually cost how much, what will the electrician tell us? What are the questions to ask?

Anywhere from $5 to $10,000. This is not the kind of question that can be answered here. A qualified electrician needs to inspect the property to determine the extent of the damage. Get several bids, and compare them carefully. Remember that the low bid is not necessarily the best. Hope this helps.

it all depends on the size of th ehouse and your location….nobody can say how much damage was done but you and your electrician…..i would sue the tenant
