I have the same problem and I'm pretty sure its power company problems. We don't have the most reliable power in our area. If it is something that is constant you may have a lose connection at the switch or in the fixture. If it's all over the house you may have someone check to see if your connections in your panel are tight. Make sure your light bulbs are screwed in good and making a good connection. sussex electrical
