how would i go about getting the appropriate electrician training?

i have 20 + yrs exp hands on in 2 companies doing all conduit and wiring – connecting panels and transformers but am stuck in these small shops and realize the work i am doing i could be making more money worth the time – now a days need more than hands on experience – need it on paper such as certificate to get into journey men ect.

Try your local community college, or vocational trade school. You could also check out online schools. Good luck.

Check your phone book under Trade schools…………locate one and go down and talk with them. Your experience, if your doing it correctly, will probably save you many classes and they will help get you ready for the electrical test.
