How in Hades can I find a site where I can send a real-live e-mail toYahoo technical support?

I have gone to Help.Yahoo.Com, I have gone to the “help” button at the top of the screen, I have been everywhere but can find no site where I can post a question and wait for an answer to be e-mailed back to me. I’ve been having trouble with my e-mail for some time. Time Warner who is my internet carrier says the slow reaction time is not their fault but the fault of Yahoo. I have too much information stored. (???) I just want to find out if this is a case of the electrician blaming the plumber who blames the landscaper type of thing I just want it FIXED!!!!
Someone from Yahoo Answers gave me a tehnical support website for Yahoo and I went there and explained my problem. I’m still waiting for an answer. I’ll update this when I hear.
