D sounds like the most correct answer. Circuit failure could mean any fault. I would assume a possible live fault which could injure the operator etc.</description>

This sounds like a question on the 2391 test which is all about inspection and testing, not fixing. I would think (but am not 100% certain) the answer is D. You don&#039;t issue the certificate of inspection unless it passes inspection.
