How do I choose a good electric razor?

I am interested in buying a new electric razor for my husband- the one he has is so ancient- and I don’t know anything about what kind of things to look for in a man’s razor. If anyone has any ideas, pointers, or suggestions, I’d really appreciate it!

I would suggest Braun 7505 Activator 8585. I bought one for my Boyfriend @ Target for Christmas… He Loves it’s it give a real close shave and doesn’t irritate. It’s Kinda on the expensive side but I think it’s worth it. The Braun Activator takes care of itself. Aside from giving a super-close shave, the unit automatically detects when it needs to be cleansed, alerts you on the LCD panel which of the 3 cleaning programs is required and proceeds to wash and dry itself. It also lubricates the cutting parts and tells you when the shaving foil and cutting block need to be replaced. The charger is great too.
