How do they build those big electric towers?

Behind my house are some hills and they have big electric towers going all up the hills. I was just wondering how do you build such a massive tower, especially when its over hills.

They are built in sections and assembled with a crane or helicopter at the final location. Compared to other structures they are pretty simple.

Usually the high tension pylons are fabricated in pieces, and they install them part by part, starting with the base piece and so on, they could use mobile cranes or helicopters if the area is not access able for equipment
