I would go to a music store and asked someone in person.
There are heaps of chromatic tuner brands at different prices, I’m sure you could fined one in your price range.

Any chromatic tuner will work. I have a Seiko SAT500 and it’s pretty good. It shows me just how far off pitch a string is so I can make the proper adjustment.

Cherub makes a nice inexpensive tuner that clips to the instrument so you can tune it no matter what other audible distractions are in the room. Seiko, Korg, and Casio all make very nice tuners. You may even want to consider getting a combination tuner / Metronome so you can have the benefit of both aids in one package. I would check Musician’s Friend, Southwest Strings, Shar music, or your local music store to find the one that suits you best
