I think it is neat to give homeowners a type of “map” of all the wiring. I thought that there might be a software in the market that would allow me to quickly create and print such map. Is that possible? Which software is that? If not, how do electricians “register” what they have done for future use?

Electrical fault in subaru legacy GT 1996 turbo?

its a 4 cylinder, 1998cc model. There is some sort of electrical fault. Code 66 is coming up when we scanned the car on a diagnostics machine. can anyone explain what the fault is and how much will it cost to repair?
