every time i turn on my car the hazerd warning lights come on, on there own. any ideas about whats wrong would be helpfull

its a 4 cylinder, 1998cc model. There is some sort of electrical fault. Code 66 is coming up when we scanned the car on a diagnostics machine. can anyone explain what the fault is and how much will it cost to repair?

I was driving my 2000 V reg fiat punto (1.2 petrol) yesterday. When I came to a junction the car suddenly cut out. When I turned the key to restart it there was a high pitched screeching noice like the car wanted to start but would not cut in. The battery is fine, the start motor is working and there is fuel going to the car. I am guessing it must be electrical as it suddenly stopped working. Any idea what it could be?

I have a light on the dash of my peugoet expert that indicates that i have low coolant level yet there is plenty in the resevoir. Where is this sensor. Can anybody help.
