I have been with my now husband(just got married) for nine years, we are 25, we have two kids together I had my second eight weeks ago. We have our lives together Im an RN and hes training to be an electrician. So all is well w us.
BUT… About a year 1/2 ago we split up for about 6 months. He was seeing a girl for about 3 months of that. We went on to get back together and shortly after I became pregnant. This girl is 31 years old- i should say woman i suppose, found out i was pregnant and has been touturing me ever since. She found me on myspace ( how i keep in touch w old friends) and tried to be friendly and write me messages about every day and always commenting on how beautiful i am. Got a little creepy so I stopped answering her.
Then I had my daughter, she wrote congratulations and stuff, so i thanked her and left it at that. then she begins writing messages about how shes still in love with my husband. A few days later she goes on to say she f*****ed him the day my daughter was born ( that would be a nice trick, since i was in surg and he stayed the whole time) but anyway, i still ignored.
Then she started texting him that i was cheating on him. And she would kill herself if he didnt talk to her. Keep in mind this nutjob has her own children and is the process of her own divorce.
And it goes on to she got ahold of my number, shes been doing the restrcted calls and texting me that she loves him and wishes i was dead. they would be perfect together.oh- and she drives by our house daily.
So we went to the police, they went to her house and warned her about all this and she complied. FOR TWO DAYSS…
So she started the myspace crap again tonight. i guess im gonna have to delete it because of her which is sad cause i can t take it.
I really dont know what to do, if shes not scared of the cops what else is there? And why is she doing this to me? I seriously have not done anything to warrant this……. It has been hell, and its just making this harder between me and my husband cause I get so frustrated and pissed at him when i know its really not his fault. please give me advice!!!

i need help…im going to end up in court with my management company who i rent my house through. please tell me…”IF” i did have renters insurance would they cover a $1000 TV that was damaged from the plumbers that they (the management co.) hired to come into my home and tear out a bathtub to replace it with a shower? the tv was blown from them jackhammering which caused the electric to keep going out in my house. the plumbers had to several times reset the breaker. so i called my management company and told them, all the sudden my tv wont turn on which was directly on the other side of the wall where they were working. they said they would have a great electrician come out to determine wether or not it was the plumbers fault. YES, he said it was. now the mgmt. do. has told us they will not do anything about it and thats why i should have renters insurance. im not understanding that if they send someone out to my house that damages my property how renters insurance would cover that. isnt renters insurance for like a major disaster…ie: fire, flood, earthquake and your property being damaged because of that? why would they cover the plumbers that did the damage? not to mention im in contract with a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and the plumbers also screwed the shower up so we’ve been without our master bathroom for 3 weeks. im refusing to pay rent this month. ive paid $1425 on time every month for over a year and they have the nerve to say i still owe $1425 with the loss of one TV and no 2nd bathroom. am i crazy or does this seem unfair to you also? does anyone know if i did have renters insurance would they cover the tv? since i wont pay my rent i know this is going to end up in court so im going to need to be sure its on them to pay for my tv, right?
